Step 1 -- Healthy Risk ????'s

A Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is considered the foundation of a getting started on the HealthyTrac.
Of course you can skip this and go right to Lab tests but it's really
good to understand your lifestyle issues before ordering lab tests.
And, maybe these ?? bring up a problem/issue just by reading them.
It is a questionnaire that is completed by you and in you full control and privacy. The HRA encompasses an overview of the individual's lifestyle and is used to assess one's health risk behaviors.
A sampling of the sections includes one's eating habits, activity level, sleep patterns, stressors, and health checks. You can use this to forward to your Doctor to include in your health/medical records.
