|Step 1 -- Healthy Risk ????'s
A Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is considered the foundation of a getting started on the HealthyTrac.
|Of course you can skip this and go right to Lab tests but it's really
good to understand your lifestyle issues before ordering lab tests.
And, maybe these ?? bring up a problem/issue just by reading them.
It is a questionnaire that is completed by you and in you full control and privacy. The HRA encompasses an overview of the individual's lifestyle and is used to assess one's health risk behaviors.
A sampling of the sections includes one's eating habits, activity level, sleep patterns, stressors, and health checks. You can use this to forward to your Doctor to include in your health/medical records.

These tests are always great to get started down the HealthyTrac as it's important that you know the main points about Lifestyle as it relates to your wellness. Many times just in reading the questions you get a Context of what wellness means to you--as the questions trigger thoughts or misgivings in your lifestyle. Keep in mind you can always look at your result at the end. You will have to register at the registration page but rest assured your information will be handled confidentially. Also you can track and follow your progress, as you put in new information. If you don't know your clinical lab test results, (as yet--step 2) things like Cholesterol or blood pressure you can fill them in later after you visit the Lab.
is very light, fast and easy to go through.
